Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Service
Once a service is completed successfully:
- NO refunds will be issued  

Once a service is failed / incomplete due another issue in the Vehicle or due to customer fail to commit his booking or / and any other reason beyond our control:

- NO refunds will be issued  

2. Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic and labor fees are:
- Non-refundable  

3. Programming Attempts
If programming is attempted but fails due to:
- Faulty modules  
- Vehicle condition  
- Incorrect parts  

Charges may still apply for time and labor which may reach the full paid amount or more

4. Remote Services
All remote programming services are:
- Final and non-refundable once initiated  

5. Exceptions
Refunds MAY be considered only if:
- Service was not provided by us or because we don't show. 
- Error clearly caused by our team.

6. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with:
- Service logs  
- Communication record
