- Remote programming services  

2. No Guarantee on Used Modules
We are not responsible for:
- Failure of used or third-party modules  
- Pre-existing issues in vehicle systems  

3. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
Customers acknowledge:
- Vehicle must be in stable electrical condition  
- Battery support is required during programming  

We are not liable for failures due to:
- Low voltage  
- Faulty wiring  
- Previously modified software  

4. Legal Ownership
Customer MUST prove legal ownership before:
- Key programming  
- Immobilizer work  

5. Performance Tuning Disclaimer
- Off-road use only where required by law  
- Customer assumes all risks related to tuning  

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages  
- Loss of vehicle use, data, or revenue  

7. Payment Terms
- Payment due pre service completion unless agreed otherwis
